Sales Support Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibility:

- Support outdoor sales to handle sales enquiries promptly and reply customer quotation on time.

- Handle sales order processing, manage and coordinate with logistic department on delivery status of order to ensure timely goods delivery.

- Good communications skills to handle customers and suppliers queries.

- To ensure effective communications with outdoor sales with intention to improve stock forecast and sales target.

- Assist outdoor sales in handling of account receivable.

- Any other related duties assigned by management when required.

 

Requirements:

- Candidate must poses at least Diploma/Degree of Business study or equivalent.

- Minimum 2 years related working experience.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills.

- Willing to learn & highly committed.

- Able to perform task assigned independently & expeditiously.

- Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.

- Computer literate.
